Academy Training Schedule:
- See below table and important information for Academy. Training schedule is subject to changes. Members registered in these programs will be notified via email if there are any changes.
Important Information for Academy in Term 1:
- Tier 1 (Elite, Advanced, Performance): Your strength and conditioning (S&C) training are as follow, this is before your volleyball training. Attendance is compulsory. Arrive at least 10 minutes earlier to get ready for on-time start.
- Mondays 6.30pm - 7.30pm
- Thursdays 7pm - 7.30pm
- Tier 2 (Intermediate) and tier 3 (Development): Strength and conditioning training (S&C) is offered as optional extras for tiers 2 and 3, however highly recommended. If you have signed up, you would receive an email to advise your S&C training details. If you wish to sign up, email the Academy Head Coach for registration link.
