Dragons Club Training Schedule 2026

Terms 2 and 3 training schedules across all programs and venues below.

IMPORTANT:

 Every venue has specific venue rules and strict departure time. Please see venue rules under "Training" in website menu.

Academy Strength & Conditioning Schedule in terms 2 and 3:

  • Tier 1: Advanced and Performance group: Compulsory attendance. At The Gap SHS.
    • Mondays: 6:45pm - 7.30pm (45 min session), arrive 10 mins earlier
    • Wednesdays: 7.30pm - 8.30pm (60 min session), arrive 10 mins earlier (at mezzanine)
  • Tiers 2 and 3: Intermediate and Development groups: Need to sign up to attend. At The Gap SHS only. Only sign up for sessions that do not clash with your Academy and/or PVL trainings during terms 2 and 3.
    • Mondays: 7.30pm - 8.15pm (45min session), arrive 10 mins earlier.
    • Wednesdays: 6.45pm - 7.30pm at The Gap SHS. Arrive 10 mins earlier.
