We are looking at putting up a whole new design
(plus keeping the thing up-to-date). Keep an eye on it, it should look
real spiffy (and functional don't forget).
Send us some feedback.

Annual General Meeting
The AGM is being held on February 25th, Tuesday, at 6:30pm at Brisbane Boys
College. Members are needed to attend to vote in the new executive committee.
This will be a momentous occasion as David Kelly (you know the guy
who has been president for the last 15 years) has decided not to run for
the position again.
The agenda for the meeting is:
1. Opening
2. Apologies
3. Previous minutes
4. Business arising from previous minutes
5. President's report
6. Treasurer's report
7. Election of new committee
8. Appointment of Auditor
9. General Business
10. Close.
To nominate someone for one of the following positions, you need to fill
in a nomination form and have it seconded by another member. Contact
the office to get a form. They have to be in to the office 5 days before
the AGM.

the running of the club.

Tour - Good Neighbour
The tourists were runners up in Div 1 Mixed comp at Good Neighbour
2002.
The trip was another great successful fun journey for the participants
which this year involved a few dirt roads.
We look forward to seeing more members on tour in 2003.
|
Junior Development
will be starting in the second school term after Easter at BBC on Tuesday
afternoons.
During the meanwhile you could be playing Metro.

Awards Ceremony
2002
Awards given for 2002 are on the web page http://www.dragons.org.au/2002/awards.html
|
V-League
In 2002 Dragons attended most of the V-League tournaments (except the finals
as usual). The women were in the top 3 at Toowoomba and Beenleigh,
the men were in the top 3 at Toowoomba and Kingaroy, coming a little lower
in the others. QVA has not yet announced the schedule for 2003. When
they do we will let you know which ones Dragons will endeavour to attend.
We are always looking for more players to go to these weekend tournaments.
Any members can go regardless of skill, to enjoy the fun and the volleyball
